Ongoing AI Assurance

A clear view of value, cost, and emerging issues.

Teams already using AI that need continued measurement and control.

What you receive

  • Delivery, adoption, and cost trend reviews
  • Agreed control checks as tools and usage change
  • Prioritised improvements and leadership readout

What we need from your team

An operating deployment, a service owner, and access to agreed metrics and controls.

Scope and completion

Scheduled reviews and agreed checks. Incident response and new builds require a separate scope.

A documented review, control findings, and an action plan with owners and priorities.

Timing and pricing

Quarterly review cycle. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access, and team availability.

Recurring scope agreed upfront. Fees, third-party costs, payment milestones, and delivery dates are confirmed in a written proposal before work starts.

Before you decide

Practical questions, answered.

Which service should we start with?

Choose the assessment if your use case, baseline, or controls are unclear. Choose implementation if you have a defined workflow and a team ready to participate. Choose assurance if you already have an operating deployment. We confirm fit before preparing your proposal.

How is pricing agreed?

Pricing depends on scope, integrations, access requirements, and delivery responsibilities. Your written proposal sets out fees, payment terms, third-party costs, and exclusions before work begins.

Can we use our existing AI tools?

We start with your current tools and approval requirements. Any proposed tool, licence, or infrastructure change is reviewed with your team and included in the agreed scope.

Does implementation include training and security?

Yes. The agreed pilot includes practical training and workflow security controls. The proposal specifies the audience, sessions, checks, and handover materials. Broader training or specialist assessments can be scoped separately.

Do you guarantee a productivity percentage?

No. We agree a baseline and measurable acceptance criteria for your workflow. The review covers benefits, costs, and limitations so you can decide whether to expand.

What happens after the first engagement?

You receive the agreed findings and handover materials. You can continue with your own team or discuss the next phase. Any additional work requires a separately agreed scope.
