Controlled AI Implementation

One team. One workflow. Evidence for the next decision.

Teams with a defined use case that need a working, measurable pilot.

What you receive

  • AI integration within an agreed workflow
  • Security controls and practical team training
  • Results review, operating guide, and handover

What we need from your team

A named workflow owner, approved tools and access, and time from the pilot team.

Scope and completion

One agreed pilot scope. Wider rollout and third-party licences are scoped separately.

A working pilot assessed against the delivery, quality, and security criteria agreed at kickoff.

Timing and pricing

Typically 6–8 weeks. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access, and team availability.

Milestones agreed in your proposal. Fees, third-party costs, payment milestones, and delivery dates are confirmed in a written proposal before work starts.

Before you decide

Practical questions, answered.

Which service should we start with?

Choose the assessment if your use case, baseline, or controls are unclear. Choose implementation if you have a defined workflow and a team ready to participate. Choose assurance if you already have an operating deployment. We confirm fit before preparing your proposal.

How is pricing agreed?

Pricing depends on scope, integrations, access requirements, and delivery responsibilities. Your written proposal sets out fees, payment terms, third-party costs, and exclusions before work begins.

Can we use our existing AI tools?

We start with your current tools and approval requirements. Any proposed tool, licence, or infrastructure change is reviewed with your team and included in the agreed scope.

Does implementation include training and security?

Yes. The agreed pilot includes practical training and workflow security controls. The proposal specifies the audience, sessions, checks, and handover materials. Broader training or specialist assessments can be scoped separately.

Do you guarantee a productivity percentage?

No. We agree a baseline and measurable acceptance criteria for your workflow. The review covers benefits, costs, and limitations so you can decide whether to expand.

What happens after the first engagement?

You receive the agreed findings and handover materials. You can continue with your own team or discuss the next phase. Any additional work requires a separately agreed scope.
